Roxies laid the foundations for their win in a blistering second quarter, having ended the first quarter two points behind.
Umpires Debbie Burley and Kerrie Little named goal defender Erin Thorman the SWR team’s most valuable player.
Carla Smith, Carly Goldsmith and Megan McKay did much of the damage, linking up well to outscore Natureland.
Smith was also integral in a defence that restricted the 2013 champions to just one goal in the second quarter.
Natureland edged the opening quarter, establishing an 8-6 lead.
Roxies almost monopolised the scoring in the second period, going into half-time with a 16-9 advantage.
SWR increased their lead by a point by the end of the third quarter.
Natureland rallied in the final quarter, with their MVP Lisa Daley applying her experience and talent to great effect as a wing attacker and goal shooter.
But Roxies hung on in the face of their opponents’ best spell to spark jubilations at the siren.
Spectators packed along the sidelines, helping to add to the ‘Carnivale’ atmosphere that the association had organised for grand finals day.
In the division two final, Golden Oldies Up Above were convincing winners over Frederickton Dizzy Dames, with a 32-20 scoreline.
Crescent Head Vipers were even more impressive in the third division final, defeating Golden Oldies Betties by a handsome 48-21 margin.
