Lydia Roesgen, Hollie Le Brocq Emma Ross and Nellie Barnett will travel to Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre to compete in the 4 x 100m relay event.
Leading up to this event, the girls competed at the Lismore Diocesan Primary 2014 Athletics Trials in Port Macquarie on the August 8.
The girls achieved first place in the Senior Girls Relay with a run of 57.23 seconds, breaking the 2013 record of 58 seconds and qualifying for the Lismore Diocesan team to compete at the 2014 NSWCPS Polding Athletics Championships.
The girls subsequently travelled to the Hunter Sports Centre at Glendale in Newcastle on Friday, September 5, and competed at the Polding Championships.
They cam first and also achieved their personal best run of 55.91 seconds, a mere 0.02 seconds short of the current record of 55.89 seconds set in 2012.
