The bounced back from their narrow loss to Nulla the week before to chase down the All Blacks target of 177 with two overs to go.
Danny Powick laid the ground work for the successful run chase, top scoring with 79.
Rovers captain Tim Smith said the match played out differently to what they expected after their bowling performance.
“We didn’t think they had enough runs but it ended up being a lot closer than I thought,” he said.
“Obviously Danny Powick batted well as did Kurt Prosper. We probably didn’t field as well as we have done the first two weeks but it was still a good win.”
Batting first, the United All Blacks lost opener Andrew Fair early but found stability through fellow opener Brett Russell and number three Dave Welsh who combined for a 99 run stand.
After Welsh was dismissed of the bowling of Zeb Johnston for 57, number four Michael Smith picked up where he left off to guide the All Blacks total past 150.
He ended up falling five short of a half century while at the other end, Russell finished unbeaten on 53.
Nick Millar was the pick of the Rovers bowlers with 1/28 off seven overs while Zeb Johnston and Tim Smith also contributed wickets.
Chasing 178 for victory, Rovers made it to 0-33 before Zeb Johnston was dismissed for 18.
The wicket brought Powick to the crease with the number three linking up with opener Kurt Prosper to put on 87 runs for the second wicket.
When Prosper was stumped for 41 off the bowling Ryan Smith, the Rovers were 2/120.
It soon became 4/140 as Powick failed to find steady support at the other end.
A late cameo from captain Tim Smith (16) saw the Rovers pass the total after the dismissal of Powick.
All Blacks captain TJ Smith lamented a lack of fire power with both bat and ball from his side in the match.
“It was definitely a 200 run wicket,” he said.
“We didn’t lose many wickets which was good but I didn’t think we were aggressive enough. We are missing a couple of strike bowlers as well which didn’t help our cause.”
