Held at the Sydney Aquatic Centre on Monday, the meet featured the best high school age swimmers from around the state.
Jessica’s third place means she now qualifies for the Pacific School Games to be held in Adelaide in November.
She also came seventh in the 200m Individual Medley.
Having started the squad swimming when she was seven, the now 15-year-old said she is looking forward to taking her swimming to the next level.
“I really loved the atmosphere of the All Schools carnival so I can’t wait to compete at the Pacific School Games later this year,” she said.
“This is the first time I have made it this far and butterfly is my favourite event so I am happy with the way I am going.”
Her latest results follows on from strong performances at the ST Paul’s, Lisomore Diocesan and NSW Combined Catholic Colleges carnivals which included a new Diocesan record time of 1.08.22 at the March 11 event.
