The event will take place over 24 hours.
Jenny Robinson, chair of the Macleay Valley Relay for Life organising committee, believes everyone involved can look forward to a memorable experience.
“Relay for Life is all about celebrating the courage of local cancer patients and spreading hope,” she said.
“We have a fantastic event planned that reflects the spirit and personality of the Macleay.”
As well as the relay itself a full program of bands, games and support events will keep everyone busy.
It is not too late to register a team but you will have to do it on the day at the showground as online and phone registrations have closed.
The registration tent opens at noon and the cost to register a team is $20.
All money raised goes to cancer research.
