The South West Rocks Marlins held their annual presentation night at the SWR Country Club and players and volunteers celebrated another successful season on and off the paddock with James Stokes taking out the prestigious Marlin of the Year award.

The honour of "Club person of the year" went to Vicki Thomas who has been dedicated and hard working in the running of the club and was honoured with the prestigious Bob Brenton trophy.
Aiden Davey took home the honour of the "best and fairest " award in what was a stellar season for the flyer.
The other awards given out on the night were to Chris Carr for being the leading try scorer, Micah Wright received the encouragement award, Mark Stubbs and Reece Sines won Players player, Patrick Vale was the most improved, the best forward was Sines, best back was shared by Lance Robertson and Aiden Davey whilst Stokes won the coaches award to cap off the night.
This Wednesday the AGM is being held at the Country Club on the October 26 at 7pm with a free barbecue is available to the Public.
