Frank Ryan and Michael Booth race as a team with the two riders taking turns on the motor bike as they will change after every 10 laps.
It will be the first time either competitor has been involved in this event but they are confident they will be able to earn a spot on the podium.
They will be facing a lot of tough opposition as the organisers of the event are expecting 72-teams.
It is an endurance race with over 200 laps completed in the space of two-hours.
The race is designed to be close with each bike needing to be a standard vehicle and the winning team will be crowned the Australian postie bike champions.
It is an annual event and the two have been practicing at Raleigh raceway.
The race will go ahead in wet conditions.
