A small community with a big heart, the ceremony once again featured participation by Kinchela School students who read the prayers of Peace and Remembrance and led the reading of The Ode.
The students once again sacrificed time during their holidays to prepare for their reading roles and reflect on the sacrifices made by the defence forces for their freedom.
Councillor Dean Saul was in attendance and laid a wreath on behalf of the council and staff.
