At 12.40pm, the Volvo truck was driving through a South Kempsey roundabout on the Macleay Valley Way when it tipped.
Police believe it was driving at about 20kph at the time.
The driver, a 51-year-old Pottsville man, was uninjured and climbed out of the truck through the front window of the vehicle.
Boxes of Nutri-Grain cereal could be seen through the overturned truck’s split canopy.
The vehicle sustained moderate damage in the rollover.
Traffic was momentarily halted while the truck was cleared from the road shortly after 5pm.
The off ramp closure at South Kempsey led to a detour being put in place, with drivers required to enter Kempsey at Frederickton.
