Teenager makes false report about South West Rocks robbery
A teenager will be dealt with under the Young Offenders Act after making a false report of robbery to police last week.

The 17-year-old girl told police she was approached by an unknown male who allegedly pushed her to the ground before taking cash at about 1.30am on Thursday June 22 in South West Rocks.
Police from Mid North Coast Local Area Command commenced an investigation into the incident.
Following inquiries, police were able to establish a false report had been made and are dealing with the teenager under the Young Offenders Act.
