The Mustangs dominance came in the second half as they pulled away from their opponents.
The victory gives them breathing room in second position on the table as the Taree City Bulls were handed a 42-10 defeat and dropped from third position to fourth.
The Port Macquarie Sharks moved into third spot and are two competition points behind the Mustangs after defeated the Forster-Tuncurry Hawks 42-10.
The Mustangs face the bottom placed Hawks on the road on Sunday before hosting the Wingham District Tigers on home soil in the final regular season match of the year.
Macleay Valley will be expected to win both of those matches as the two sides are outside of finals positions.
Two wins would see the Mustangs hold onto second position on the ladder and earn a home semi-final.
