The victory advances them to play in Sydney at the State Finals for the Legends Sheild on August 23.
The school backed that effort up by winning the full 13-a-side rugby league competition for the region, defeating St Joseph's Primary School, Laurieton in the final.
The side will compete at the State Finals for the event in Sydney on July 31.
The rugby league team was started last year and they have earned their way to the state titles for both sides.
The side is made up of nine players from year six, five kids from year five and one student from year four.
Principal of Crescent Head Public School Cameron Upcroft is proud of the efforts shown by the two teams.
“The boys are super excited, it is a great achievement for such a small school,” Upcroft said.
The side is coached by coach Peter Lobb.
