Quinlan, who hasn’t fought since he lost his title to Chris Eubank Jnr in February, will be guaranteed to be more active, potentially having up to six fights a year.
The 28-year-old signed on with Ringstar Management founder and boxing promoter Scott O’Farrell, who is based in Singapore.
“There will be a lot of opportunities for me to be involved in prestigious fights,” Quinlan told the Argus.
“I am the main boxer under Scott and he has big plans for me.”
Quinlan expects to be challenging for another world title within a year and he will start the journey to the top with a fight in November.
The Dunghutti Destroyer has plenty of options for his next opponent and while he is expecting to fight in Germany, he isn’t ruling out facing Australian Damien Hooper.
Quinlan and Hooper exchanged words over social media after Hooper declared himself the best Indigenous boxer in Australia.
Quinlan was quick to throw a challenge to Hooper and said he would prove his proclamation wrong.
“I would jump at the opportunity to fight Damien and I promise you I would knock him out,” Quinlan said.
“He doesn’t want to fight me though because he knows that, he blocked me on Instagram so I can’t call him out - that is how scared he is.”
His fight preparation will be improved under the new management with Quinlan to receive the best training in the business in the lead up to a bout.
He will travel to America six weeks out from a fight and train in the Mayweather Boxing Club before returning to Sydney to prepare at the Grange High Performance for the final three weeks.
“This will take my career to knew heights, I will be challenging to become a world champ again,” Quinlan said.
He is open to fighting anyone and believes he is better than ever before.
“After my loss I had a look at things I was doing and the things I should be doing,” Quinlan said.
“I am working harder and am better not only physically but mentally.
“I embrace the challenge of fighting overseas and taking on anyone who dares to face me.”
Ringstar Management was founded in 2016 by O’Farrell, a former professional boxer who has 20 years of experience in combat sports.
Quinlan is hopeful he will reach his full potential under the management of O’Farrell.
