General Practitioner Dr Akram Malak with his team and other services including Laverty Pathology, ihear hearing centre, Apex Podiatry and Keystone Health Physiotherapy will move into the brand new facility at 289-293 on Gregory st in South West Rocks.
The centre will also offer a Skin Cancer Clinic and a new eatery called Cafe 8191.
It will be the same friendly team with more medical services and another doctor coming soon.
Dr Akram Malak has treated patients for more than 13 years at the Rocks Fair Medical Practice, which he took over from the late Dr Peter Wood in 2006.
Being a long-time local and member of the community, Dr Malak, felt the need for more doctors and medical services in the area, so when the opportunity for expansion arose, he took the chance.
He said the idea for the Seascape Medical Centre emerged from the aim to have one large building with most of the medical services on site.
"Having most of the medical services in one place will make it easier for the locals at South West Rocks and surrounding areas to access those services,” Dr Malak said.
"We are hoping to attract more doctors, Allied Health, Specialists and dentists to the area.
"Our goal is to target the long period of waiting to access medical services by attracting more doctors and hopefully addressing the problem of doctors' shortage to improve the Healthy Living of our community.
"Our beautiful town deserves the best and we will continue to aim for excellence in delivering the best medical services to our community."
Dr Malak and his family were thankful to arrive in Australia in 2002, following years of insecurity and financial struggle in Sudan and Egypt.
They settled at South West Rocks in 2004 with little in their pockets, but their hearts were filled with hope for a better future.
"Settling at South West Rocks in 2004 was the start of a life changing journey, where we as a family felt welcomed and secured," he said.
"As we prepare to celebrate the Grand Opening Day for Seascape Medical Centre on Friday, August 25, we mark the start of a new exciting time ahead of us.
"Though it was far from our financial capability as a small business to build a medical centre, we trusted in our lord, who is able to provide the funds needed, and here we are celebrating the completion and the opening of the Seascape Medical Centre.
"We are praying that it will be a blessing to our town and to the whole region.”
