The home side got the chocolates in a tight one-day encounter with Nulla that was not decided until the final over of the match.
Nulla won the toss and elected to bat.
After losing two early wickets, A Stutz (103) and H Mainey (50), steadied the ship, and propelled Nulla to 7-242 from their allotted 35 overs.
MJ Ennis was the pick of the Frederickton bowlers, finishing with 3-32 from his 7 overs.
Requiring 243 for victory, the Frederickton top order of J Rolfe (27), T Smith (26) and T Fisher (25) set about its work diligently, with the first three batsmen all getting starts.
But it was J Cooper (80no) and S Crouch (50no) who would dig in and prove match winners, with Frederickton reaching 4/245 in 34.1 overs.
O Hackenberg (2-23 from 7 overs) was Nulla’s best with the ball.
In the other fixture played on the weekend Rovers extended its competition lead by overcoming Stuarts Point/Eungai at Stuarts Point.
Rovers won the toss and sent the hosts in. Stuarts Point/Eungai made 5/200 from their 35 overs.
In reply, Rovers scraped home, reaching 9/202 on the last ball of the match.
