Homegrown talent Tyronne Roberts-Davis, who made his debut for the Gold Coast Titans last year, will join Penrith Panthers’ Tyrone May and recently retired prop Brenton Lawrence in coaching the next generation of players from the Macleay.
The three players are also attending schools in the region to teach lessons of respect and well-being and take part in a coach education session with the local rugby league clubs.
NRL Game Development Officer, Jesse Reeves said the visit to the Group 2 region is highly anticipated by the local Rugby League community.
“The Road to Regions tour is a great way to inspire and excite our local Rugby League players and fans ahead of the season-proper,” Ms Reeves said.
