Id: 2085 Date: 29-Nov-2021 Location: Roma Street, QLD, AU, 4000 Company: Queensland Rail 6 Months Fixed Term Contract to assist the SEQ Catering Manager for all administration duties based at Roma Street On-board Services We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join the on-board services team. In this position you will provide a wide range of administrative support services of some complexity to facilitate the effective operation and function of the work area.These tasks would be performed under general supervision and be of a routine and non-routine nature requiring some discretion. Key responsibilities will include: Provide a wide range of administrative support to the unit as required Diary management and schedules Coordinate meetings and/or workshops Manage divisional requirements including: SAP input for payroll and/or finance Payment of invoices and petty cash Project support Training requirements Contribute as a team member towards achieving best practice in the smooth, efficient and responsive delivery of all administrative support functions, document management and projects Communicate effectively with management, staff, suppliers and customers to ensure a productive and harmonious teamwork environment Provide any other assistance as directed Skills Required: High level typing and administration skills (Microsoft Suite) Must be organised, flexible with a mature attitude Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Experience with SAP (Desirable not essential) Salary for this position is $69,965 pa + Superannuation + Rail Pass (for travel to and from work). Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (38 hours per week).
