Your new role
My client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Boutique Assistant Manager to become part of their brand new boutique in Sydney’s CBD. The successful applicants will be responsible for achieving business targets, KPI's and sales according to company standards. They must also be able to build long-term relationships with both new and existing clientele, maximising sales opportunities and promoting brand loyalty.
This position also requires you to ensure inventory is properly maintained and handle daily stock orders and general housekeeping to ensure the sales floor is reflected through the company standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have had a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar environment as a Boutique Manager or Assistant Manager. You must be able to demonstrate your understanding and knowledge of luxury retail sales policies, procedures and processes, as well as understand how luxury retail floors operate. Mandarin speakers are highly encouraged to apply.
