Your new company

Your new role

  • Ensure rapid response to inbound phone, email and fax requests from members and clients
  • Driving delivery of all contracted medical and security services for clients in liaison with applicable medical and security experts
  • Maintaining professional and detailed documentation of all actions and communications undertaken in the delivery of services using the appropriate tools/applications and within the documentation guidelines.
  • Managing all provider billings for every case with applicable third-party costs, ensuring clarity between providers, clients and members for responsibility for expenses incurred, providing accurate and timely communication on expenses incurred to relevant parties
  • Providing active service recovery to members and clients when constructive feedback has been received.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous contact centre experience is ideal
  • Strong customer service experience
  • The desire and passion to help people
  • Ability to work in high volume and pressured situations
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Able to be flexible with rotating roster: 3 cycle i.e. 4 days on - 3 days off or 3 days on - 4 days off, averaging 6-8 shifts per fortnight:
  • 13 hour shifts 7.45am-8.45pm or 8.45pm-7.45am
  • Able to easily commute to Macquarie Park

What you'll get in return
You will receive full training & support in the role, working in a great office space in Macquarie Park and commencing by the end of the month. A very interesting industry, liaising with medical professionals and existing customers. This is a permanent job opportunity that offers a salary of $56,500 + super which will increase to $58,500 after probation is complete.
