Your new role
You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing financial advice in order to ascertain if the advice was appropriate or inappropriate for the customer. This will include a great deal of data analysis, investigation and problem solving. You will have a high attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of financial advice case files.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a relevant degree and a keen interest in developing your career in Financial Services. You will have a solid knowledge of Excel and possess strong numeracy and analytical skills. Delivering prompt and professional client service will be expected from you at all times, so exceptional communication skills are essential. A high attention to detail is of the utmost importance for this role as well as good time management and excellent organisation skills.
