The Client

Our client is one of Melbourne's most iconic and popular tourist attractions set amongst the most stunning and diverse landscaped gardens near the heart of the city. Open all year around they employ a variety of professional maintenance teams to ensure a smooth and successful daily operation.

We are seeking staff who are available for casual work from Monday to Sunday including short 4 hour shifts.

You will be responsible for supporting their permanent and casual staff with the cleaning of corporate function facilities after events are held. You will also be responsible for the cleaning of public toilets, emptying of rubbish bins and general rubbish pick up.

You will need to have strong attention to detail, efficiency and ensure facilities are cleaned to represent the standards expected of such an iconic destination.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for these positions you MUST have or be prepared to undertake Vaccinations listed below to ensure your Health & Safety along with a current Police Check:

• Tetanus Vaccination (certificate to be supplied)
• Hepatitis A & B Vaccination (certificate to be supplied)

Other experience includes:

• Proven cleaning experience
• Availability for shifts commencing at a 4 hour minimum. Hours may increase during peak periods of school holidays, public holidays and an increase in functions
• Strong attitude to OH&S
• Representing our client in a friendly and professional manner

Offer

In return for your experience, flexibility and reliability a generous casual hourly rate of $32.95 per hour is on offer.
