Cleaning coordinator

Your new company
Your new company is a fantastic place to work in, they are specialised in the residential cleaning area and have been established for many years with an excellent industry brand and reputation. The team is warm and welcoming providing you a great place to work at. It’s an office based only position and will involve managing the day to day workload of 50 cleaners, getting to and from site.

Your new role

• Coordinate the team of 50 cleaners ensuring they get to site and deliver services as per their contract
• Schedule their day accordingly and follow up with clients.Familiarise new clients in the company procedures prior to occupation
• Sending cleaning contracts, reviewing and ensuring they meet the scope of works.
• Answering the phone and managing the last minutes problems that may occurs.
• Looking after the product and equipment stocks, ordering of new products
• Organizing the fleet of 20 company cars and equipment and making sure they are loaded with the equipment needed each day for the cleaners to deliver services,

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be proactive and able to display initiative and naturally enjoys helping others, Prior scheduling experience would be great across any industry Exceptional time management skills and ability to think on your feet Good stakeholder skills to liaise with both cleaners and clients to get the job done. Good computer literacy and high level organisation
