Reporting to a visionary CEO and supported by an equally impressive Board, this is a critical role responsible for growth. Initially very hands-on in customer development (leveraging recent new client wins), the role will develop & execute the commercial growth strategy & have the opportunity to design & build the sales, marketing & digital functions for the business over the coming 12 - 18 months. With overall revenue responsibility, this is a senior role that will be engaging with C-suite & HRD decision makers in Australia's largest corporate brands so will require gravitas, commercial polish and outstanding influencing skills. Refining the value proposition, developing and executing GTM strategy whilst building a team will be the main focus over the 1st 12 months as the business grows.
Ideally from a professional services, technology or related background, you will CURRENTLY be a highly polished commercial leader with a proven track record in the enterprise & government solutions space. Essential to be considered is prior ownership of sales & growth strategy, highly developed communication & presentation skills, corporate polish, strong commercial (and analytical) acumen, have a curious mind and be passionate about learning & development, lifelong education, future skills or simply making a difference. Coming from a blue-chip corporate sector backgroud where you've developed highly polished communication, stakeholder management & influencing skills will be an advantage.
You will be hands-on & strategic, a thought leader & a doer, be passionate about helping people and enjoy the hussle of filling a pipeline & converting major enterprise customers, you'll have led pursuits, responded to tenders, influenced outcomes at C-suite in some of Australia's largest corporates including banks & financial services, airlines & mining, healthcare and government. You will be adept with revenue models, building & scaling new sales & marketing teams, maximising digital assets & delivering ROI and be comfortable taking accountibility whilst building a collaborative, high performance business. With a purpose. Self awerness & being highly values driven is a non-negotiable.
