Your new company
This boutique firm specialises within the commercial property space. With an extensive history operating within the Australian market, this organisation prides itself on their depth of experience and outstanding long term results. Comprising of a small, friendly team, you will be welcomed with open arms.

Your new role
Your purpose will be to provide support to the Commercial Property Manager, undertaking the basic, practical duties to allow them to focus on their speciality. Also including with some general office duties, your role is vital to ensure the continued success of the business.

Key daily duties will include:

  • Following up on tenant insurances, arrears, review letters
  • Checking compliance reporting e.g. fire exits, lifts, back flow prevention devices, air con reports
  • Reviewing contractor invoices
  • Issuing Workorder through systems daily
  • Issuing Purchase Orders monthly and closing when required
  • Reception duties including answering phone, greeting clients and providing directions
  • Basic marketing and advertising duties including managing website and social media

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will have previous property or real estate experience. You will be a loyal employee, committed to staying in this role for the long term.
