Customer Insights Analyst | $475/ day + Super |12 month contract
Opportunity for a strong Customer Insights Analyst to join a Government Agency to support the development of customer insights capability.
Your new role
Reporting to the manager of Enterprise Customer Insights, you will identify, analyse and interpret trends, patterns and stories told through the available customer data to support the development of insights into customer needs. You will work with internal and external stakeholders and support the customer experience by using different tools and approaches, as well as the work team with supporting your team to reach best business outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant tertiary education, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through extensive practical quantitative research experience
- High level proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with usage of research data analysis packages
