Full job description

City FM Australia provides world-leading facilities management and engineering solutions which ensure safe, compliant, successful and sustainable outcomes on time and within budget for our partners.   

Multiple roles/shifts available across all contact centre departments Between 6am – 9.30pm Monday – Sunday. 

* Fulltime Mon-Fri 
* Part time 4 day on 4 day off 20 hours
* Weekend shift 16 hours

We are looking for people who are genuinely passionate about the customer experience - we can teach the skill set; all you need to bring is the “can do attitude” and a desire to learn.  

Day to Day 

  • Effectively manage a high volume of both inbound/outbound calls.  
  • Resolve, manage and escalate incidents logged by our customers.  
  • Reporting to all Managers as required on all incidents and ensuring the correct processes are followed.  
  • Ensure a swift and efficient service whilst adhering to agreed service levels and KPI's.  
  • Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with your customer, both internal and external.
  • Undertake and complete all relevant admin duties efficiently 

About you:  

  • Previous experience working in a contact centre, customer service, admin, retail or hospitality environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • highly customer-centric with a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Be able to attend 2 weeks paid training onsite
