Your new role
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be required to answer calls, interact and resolve escalated issues, collate data and provide solutions and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. You will also need to be proactively manage new leads, identify opportunities and upsell, conduct other necessary steps to ensure contracts meet requirements and also assist with other administrative tasks as outlined by your leader.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service and administration related roles
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Excellent skills in data entry and being able to multi-task
  • Should be able to work well within a team and have the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to confidently answer phones and work well within set targets and KPI's
  • Should be adaptable to changing environments and demonstrate resilience
  • Abstract thinking is required in this role along with a high level of critical thinking, and time management
