Customer Service Officer

Your new company
We are currently recruiting a number of Customer Service Operator positions to join this well-known government organisation based in Gosford on a 3 month contract. This role is working from home and likely to be extended. .
We have multiple intakes occurring across April and May.

Pay Rate: $30.75 per hour + Super
Hours:7am to 7pm Mon-Fri + Sat 8am to 12pm roster - Shift preference isn’t an option; however shift swaps may be a possibility.
Location: Gosford (to pick up equipment) then working from home

You are not required to have direct call centre experience. All training is provided therefore anyone who is customer-centric should apply!

Your new role
Within your new role you will be supporting the customer care desk and your main responsibilities will include:

• Assist customers and clients with queries
• Managing a busy inbound switchboard
• Providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Form excellent customer relationships
• Display a customer-centric approach to all tasks Problem solve and offer solutions
• Record data accurately
• Adhoc administration duties

What you'll need to succeed

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong computer skills & confident with the use of technology
• Great problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fully vaccinated
