Job Description

Your new opportunity at Nine

Become a data evangelist and subject matter expert to our wider Sales team.

Confident self-starter who can work in an ambiguous fast-paced data environment and has the right mix of technical skills and the ability to articulate complex terms.

Day to day you will:

  • Leveraging and developing a deep understanding of the Nine’s Data Products across Insights. Activation and Measurement to act as a subject matter expert to our wider sales team

  • Present and articulate our extensive data products to direct advertisers and agency partners

  • Develop a deep understanding of the ad-tech and mar-tech vendors in the Australian market to provide guidance to Nine in activating advertiser audiences across Nine digital properties

  • Leverage our Nine insights tool to articulate pre + post campaign insights reports more broadly across our wider sales team and agency/clients

  • Update and manage our segment catalogue across our 1st Party data and 3rd Party data

  • Undertake deep learnings in the Adobe Audience Manager DMP platform to build audiences for advertisers. This will include lookalike audience models, and building of audiences using third party data sets, advertiser 1st Party data leveraging new Adobe Nine People Based connector

  • Gather market intelligence across our competitors 

  • Assist the team in ad-hoc projects to on-board new data partnerships and our new Adobe Experience Platform

  • Develop meaningful relationships across the wider Nine business to champion our Data Products offering.


Enough about us, let's talk about you

In order to be successful for this role, you will ideally have:

  • 5 - 7 year’s data experience within a data provider environment, agency, or programmatic trading desk environment

  • Tertiary Qualifications 

  • Confident self-starter who can work in an ambiguous fast paced environment

  • Great presenting skills

  • Passion for the data and digital industry

  • Depth of understanding of the Australian data market

  • Experience working with Adobe Audience Manager (DMP platform) and Salesforce DMP
