Your new company
This firm are well established in Financial Services and have a strong presence in the remediation space nationally. They currently have a new project coming up and are looking for Experienced Case Assessors to join the project on an initial 12-month contract. They have offices here in Melbourne CBD and have a dynamic work culture.
Your new role
- Identify and communicate any technical issues, or scope for business improvements, to the Team Lead.
- Provide assistance to Team leads in performing ad-hoc reporting to management as required.
- Successfully manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
- Prior experience in an Advice Compliance, Advice Quality Assurance or file audit environment would be desirable.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed within this role, you must have previous experience with remediation and RG146 qualified. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and an analytical mind are key! Leadership capabilities are also highly desirable.
