Food & Beverage Assistant

Your new company
Our client has the largest convention and banqueting facilities between Cairns and Brisbane. They are Mackay region’s premiere entertainment and performing arts venue.

Your new role
This role will include but is not limited to the following tasks:

• Ensure excellent and professional client service
• Set up and reset specific theatre, conference and function activities as directed.
• Waiting and service of food and beverages
• Follow all procedures and policy’s
• Communicate and liaise with supervisors, team members, kitchen, and other areas of operations

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you will need to hold the following skills & experience:

• Ability to undertake and complete a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen
• Valid QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
• Working with Children’s Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
• Driver Licence or Valid Photo ID

Previous experience in the hospitality industry
