Your new company
This is an excellent opportunity to join a National Organisation whilst they go through an exciting change process. This is a Ballarat based position, working across all facets of human resources you will have the opportunity to further your career and skill set whilst working with a supportive and dynamic team.

Your new role
This is an exciting newly created position in Ballarat working with a large National organisation. You will be reporting to the HR Manager and will play a vital part in the employee life-cycle SME, partnering with your stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. You will work alongside operations and be integral to shaping and supporting people initiatives for the business.

  • Be a people SME that drives HR best practice for successful outcomes
  • Provide accurate and timely HR support and advice to their leaders on people matters
  • Facilitate Company onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR Programs, Policies & Procedures
  • Interpret Awards, Legislation and Agreements
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Handle employee grievances, including conducting workplace investigations.

What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Using your ability to influence, you will be an excellent communicator, with demonstrate organisational skills
  • Degree Qualified in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Demonstrated HR experience
  • Ability to build rapport whilst carrying out tasks with a can do attitude
  • Work collaboratively with others in a dynamic environment
