Our client has created a new opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their National HR team.
This is a business partnering opportunity which offers both operational and strategic responsibility where you will be align the HR strategies with the needs of the business. Responsible for your own stakeholder portfolio, you will partner with both the Perth and site based Senior Managers to further enhance a high performing workforce through effective HR strategy driving people and culture outcomes.

This role would suit an established HR Business Partner who can demonstrate experience from within the construction or a related sector. You will be generalist in your capability and have prior experience of driving change through workforce planning, performance management, and effective coaching of business leaders.
You will possess a strong commercial acumen and have the ability to interpret key strategies into practical HR solutions.
This opportunity can be offered on either a contract or a permanent basis to suit.
