I currently have an excellent opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join this well known not for profit organisation on a 3-4 month temporary contract basis commencing as soon as possible.
Reporting to the P&C Manager, this highly transactional role will require you to manage the lifecycle process and facilitate the onboarding of new staff joining the business. With around 500 permanent staff and 2000 volunteers, this is a high volume role so we are looking for someone who is organised with great attention to detail.
Your duties will include:
Based in the outer south east region, you have the option to work from home half the time, flexible hours to suit your schedule so if you prefer to start earlier or later or work in and around school drop off/pickups, the business is happy to accommodate this.
No formal qualifications required, but experience in a similar role is ideal. This is a temporary role and you will be paid an hourly rate circa $35-38/hr + super.
