Job Description

  • Working as part of HR/Compliance team and closely with the contracting Payroll Team.
  • Supporting the compliance team in regards to Employment, Migration and WHS legislation.
  • Interpreting industrial instruments and providing advice, reports and training in regards to various HR, IR, compliance and safety responsibilities.
  • Documenting on Page platforms the HR Modern award and update all legislative matters.
  • Providing training to the business by delivering sessions in Page offices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years experience with Modern Awards (payroll or HR)
  • Experience setting up new awards and testing end to end
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Empathetic listening skills and capacity to identify issues and provide advice and guidance;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, policies and procedures and communicate and subsequently influence the staff;
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills and attention to detail
