Your new role
In your new role you will see yourself in a well-supported team, surrounded by coaches and SME's who will help you deliver impeccable service in a phone-based front-line role. Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing solutions to customer enquires and giving guidance about insurance products
  • Giving fantastic customer service to all clients over the phone and through email channels
  • Identifying areas where you can educate customers on different insurance products
  • Work to contact centre KPI's and schedules, including targets based on compliance

What you'll need to succeed
This is a collaborative and flexible work place, looking for individuals with the eagerness to learn and grow and a passion for finance or insurance. Some key criteria they would look for is:

  • Customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre background however extremely flexible to retail and hospitality
  • The ability to work in an in-office based role, with a rotating roster between 0830-1830 M-F
  • Full working rights (PR and Citizen only please)
  • Relevant financial services experience or tertiary education is desirable but not necessary
