Full job description

You support is required in our search for management consultants (business analysts) to join Apis, part of Accenture, to help us continue delivering efficient and effective services for our citizens and communities. The successful candidate will help shape policy proposals, process improvements and system/service delivery enhancements in a federal government setting while working in a multidisciplinary team of passionate people.

Specifically, we’re searching for innovative, forward-thinkers with:

  • Experience in internal and external consulting, communication, requirements development and analysis, and process visualization
  • Experience in co-facilitation of workshops with stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds and levels
  • An understanding of industry frameworks to define and analyse problems, develop strategies/plans and co-design solutions
  • A genuine interest in improving service delivery in a social policy setting
  • Currently resides in or open to relocating to Canberra
