Job Description

  • Manage monthly SIOP (Sales Inventory and Operations Planning)
  • Manage inventory valuation / costs and maintain inventory levels across the business
  • Quota Management: maximise imports according to quota allocation
  • Be responsible for completing and lodging all licence import declarations
  • Management of procurement of products and consumables, maintaining stocks as required and creating appropriate purchase orders to match
  • Maintain relationships with supplies; attend formal meetings and manage annual audits
  • Be flexible and willing to adapt to new programs and work environments - can do attitude
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail

The Successful Applicant

  • Formal logistics/supply chain qualification
  • 5+ years' procurement, planning, and inventory experience
  • Proficient knowledge of safety, quality, environmental awareness, and dangerous goods/hazardous substances
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient budgeting and reporting skills
  • Strong knowledge of finance and business accounting: SAP or GP10 skills (Desirable)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing / bulk import / gas / refrigeration industry (Desirable)
