job details The Company Our client is a well known global automation company which provides energy and digital solutions to a wide range of sectors from residences to large industries. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Inventory Warehouse Team Leader to join their team in the new DC in Melbourne for an immediate start. The Position As an Inventory Warehouse Team Leader you will be reporting to the DC Manager and will be responsible for: Manage the end to end inventory/operations process in the warehouse and ensure the KPIs are met. Coordinate and lead a small team of 3-4, ensuring WHS policies and procedures are in place, reporting and handling potential risks or hazards on time Monitor all inbound and outbound warehouse activities Analyse and forecast demand and manage budget to keep accurate stock levels Participate in e-learning health and safety programs Running daily performance and safety meetings with your team Attending daily meetings with other team leaders under the DC Manager Implement the necessary physical changes in the work site to ensure productivity As an ideal Candidate you will have Prior experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or similar role Previous experience in inventory controlling and ERP system management A solid understanding of WHS policies and procedures within a WH environment The ability to communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload The availability to work between 5:00am - 1:00pm What are your benefits?
