About the role

Reporting directly to our General Manager, you’ll be responsible for a range of both preventative and corrective maintenance duties right across the residence including equipment and plant monitoring, grounds upkeep, and accurate, timely reporting of our Regis Ayr & Home Hill sites.

How you’ll make an impact

A day in the life as our Maintenance Officer with Regis, may see you;

• Maintaining plant, equipment, building and services.

• Ensure up-to-date records of all chemicals in use and compliance with appropriate safety best practice.
• Maintain the grounds in a neat and tidy manner with no obstacles.
• Identify preventative maintenance requirements, complete the works and documentation of schedules.
• Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance is actioned within legal requirements and are documented in the relevant registers.

About you

As a collaborative compassionate member of the Operations team, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you’ll have:

• Experience in supervision or coordination of maintenance programs.
• General hands-on maintenance or handyman skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
