Your new role
You will be running workshops and presenting insights enabled by critical and structured thinking, technical knowledge and great communication skills.You will also be managing daily engagements across the client portfolio, vendors, and relative teams to understand issues and provide solutions. As a Manager, you are supporting internal growth and development of more junior resources through leadership, training, and mentoring.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent written + verbal communication to variety of stakeholders to C suite level.
- Managing all aspects of a project end to end including facilitation and influencing, coaching etc.
- Performing analysis + leading projects across Architecture, Infra, Agile Delivery, Strategy, IT Service Management.
- Apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to diverse and ambiguous problems.
- Management Consultancy experience in similar capacity highly regarded.
