About the role: 

We have an exciting role available for a Marketing Manager to join our Glue Team. Reporting to the Head of Brand, Marketing & Ecommerce, your responsibilities will include developing and championing our brand externally and internally. We are looking for someone with vision, drive and a passion all things fashion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work collaboratively with the content team to develop 360 campaigns with consistent execution through all channels
  • Ownership of Strategic Marketing Planning including brand strategy, brand vision and proposition
  • Build and manage the marketing calendar across 2 countries (AU+NZ) and ensure it aligns with key business objectives
  • Lead the PR/Influencer and communications strategy for the organisation, building on a proactive and reactive approach
  • Develop, integrate, and drive marketing plans with a focus on brand and acquisition strategies
  • Work collaboratively with brand partners to build go-to-market campaigns and manage co-op budgets that align with the Glue Store business objectives
  • Report back to brand partners on results from collaborations
  • Take the lead in managing and growing our influencer strategy by building strong relationships with talent and agents
  • Growing our customer base, increasing retention, and enhancing the customer experience across all channels.
  • Work in conjunction with Head of Marketing, Brand & Ecomm on Customer, CRM and Brand strategic projects

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 3 yrs. experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Commerce- Marketing/ Communications/ PR or related discipline
  • A strong track record in developing a compelling brand, marketing, and customer propositions
  • Digital Marketing and Ecommerce experience
  • Wholesale experience (desired)
  • Project Management
  • Demonstrated Team Management- coaching, leading and developing
  • Exceptional communication skills, including writing, presenting, negotiating and influencing
  • High level relationship building, interpersonal and stakeholder management (internal and external capabilities)
