The Opportunity

Working in the corporate team of our client, a well established national organisation that provides psychometric assessment services, your role as Senior Assessment Consultant (Psychologist) will involve meeting with organisational partners to provide advice on different assessment tools for their needs. Work as part of a project team to deliver tailored solutions. No sales is required in this role.

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Psychologist is a must for this role however experience in a similar role is not essential as our client will consider training up the right person. This position may suit someone looking to balance their own practice with a non-clinical position or a Psychologist who is wanting to step out of clinical work.

This role can be based in any capital city in Australia. Willingness to work out of the CBD based office is required however some can be completed from home.

Role Requirements

·      Current registration in Australia as a Psychologist for a minimum of 5 years

·      Strong customer service focus and relationship building skills

·      Administrative and organizational skills

·      Presentation skills

·      Ability to work in a team and autonomously

·      Ability to manage projects

·      Hogan accreditation is highly regarded but not essential


Salary on offer is $110,000 plus super. 

Higher salary may be negotiated for candidates with significant experience in a similar role.
