Our client is a leading provider of IVF and related fertility treatment. They are passionate about providing patients with the most up-to-date, evidence-based, fertility treatment in a kind and compassionate manner. Our client requires a confident medical Receptionist to take on a leadership role. This is a part-time permanent role based in Claremont.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a team of medical typists and receptionists across two locations
- Provide a high level of positive customer service through prompt and efficient email correspondence and phone calls
- Assist with selection, hiring and training of new reception staff
- Stay informed with the most up to date research and legislation relevant to fertility treatment
- Process payments, Medicare claims as well as reconciling banking
What you’ll need:
- Prior experience in an administrative leadership or management role
- Work well within teams and thrives with collaboration
- Outstanding verbal and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with clinical software is essential (preferably Genie)
