Your new school
Kesser Torah College (KTC) is a child-centred, Jewish Orthodox School with a Chabad ethos. The school has a warm community atmosphere and caters for over 500 students from Early Learning (9 months) through to Year 12. KTC delivers excellence in learning across both Jewish and General studies while providing holistic care focused on the individual needs of each child. We strive to equip our students with the skills and knowledge required to live fulfilled Jewish lives.

Your new role
KTC has experienced significant growth in both student numbers and breadth of educational opportunities in recent years, accompanied by the expansion and modernisation of our campus. Our next Principal will guide and direct the College through its next phase of growth and achievement.

The Principal will be responsible for:

• Driving continuous improvement in the quality of teaching and learning
• Maintaining the wellbeing of students and teachers
• Actively promoting the ethos and values of the college
• Attracting, retaining, developing and mentoring high quality staff
• Developing, implementing and leading a College Strategic Plan
• Inspiring KTC students and staff in their educational journeys

The Principal will have a growth mindset and will continually strive for excellence. He/She will be a compassionate leader who actively forges warm and productive connections with students, staff, parents and the wider community.

He/She will be a strong educator with demonstrated leadership experience who will be an outstanding ambassador and advocate for the College and its ethos.
