Senior Environmental Planner

Your new company
A unique opportunity exists to join a reputable boutique planning consultancy organisation based in Sydney CBD. With centrally located offices, a strong client base, as well as various ongoing exciting projects, they are looking to add a talented Senior Environmental Planner to the consistently expanding knowledgeable team currently in place.

Your new role
As a Land Use Environmental planner within the organisation, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a range of key environmental projects in their initial phases alongside a progressive pipeline of future works. Tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Preparation and lodgement of required documentation, submissions and objections.
• Preparation of EIS’, REF’s, SEE’s and planning proposals as required.
• Stakeholder management including liaising with and providing advice to clients’, project managers, engineers and council members in relation to development applications.

What you'll need to succeed

• You must have a relevant tertiary qualification in the environmental or planning space as well as ongoing NSW industry experience. This includes a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior level position.
• A clear understanding of the Environmental Planning Assessment Act 1979.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
