Across our stores in Greater Sydney, we are looking to add to the Store Management team and are on the hunt for the best up-and-coming Retail Managers to join us as a Store Manager in Training.

In this role you will gain hands on experience and knowledge in all Store Manager duties - leading and influencing a team, stock management, rostering for business needs and engaging customer service, while developing your knowledge to move into a future Store Manager opportunity.

With a long history in classic footwear styles our Munro Footwear stores are an Australian Footwear Staple! A successful Store Manager in Training will have a passion for delivering genuine customer service with a strong focus on driving sales and embracing teamwork.
