AECOM’s Ports and Marine Group in Perth has an opportunity for a Structural Designer / Drafter to join their growing rank. As part of this role you will contribute to the delivery of Ports and Marine designs as well as other multi-disciplined projects across ANZ.
Our Ports & Marine division are a highly specialised team of engineering professionals that provide unique project scope and abilities within the national Civil & infrastructure business. This role will have you involved in specialised marine projects partnering with major blue-chip clients across the ANZ and you will play a significant part in contributing to the first-class delivery of marine structure projects.
Working in a global organisation with industry specialists, you will have exposure to a wide range of projects. Our keen focus on enabling digital capability and the collaborative nature of our organisation will enable you to have the opportunity to not only work on local projects, but also contribute to projects across the state and across the country.
In order to continue to grow and strengthen our group, your strong technical capability may also be drawn upon to guide and mentor our more junior team members.
3+ years’ relevant work experience.
Advanced AutoCAD experience
Demonstrated experience in reinforced concrete design drawings.
Consulting experience highly regarded.
Strong technical knowledge of design and drawing presentation standards.
Strong focus on quality and adheres with system process requirements.
Strong team focus, willing to support other team members.
- Recognised qualification (Advanced Diploma of Engineering - Structural)
