HAYS Construction are currently engaged by a high-end developer builder specialising in boutique high-rise residential apartment blocks to source for two Foreman roles across Brisbane. As a developer builder, our client currently has at least 4 years' worth of work lined up here in Brisbane so can offer long term opportunities with personal and career development.
Your new role
As Structures Foreman, you will manage teams of around 20-40 workers in all aspects of the structural construction of this $70m 15-story development featuring 65 apartment units.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a Supervisors license and demonstrated experience in foreman roles on high-end high-rise apartment unit blocks. Experience using Procore and HammerTech are desirable but not essential.
