Our client is a NFP business within the Community Services sector.

Job Description

What will you be doing?

  • Help to drive strategies around attraction and retention and identifying avenues in which the business can target in order to obtain talent
  • Be the driving advocate for the function (within a recruitment capacity), openly contributing on ideas and areas of improvement whilst communicating within senior/executive board
  • Look to streamline processes in order to maximise efficiency and create ideas of continuous improvement
  • Be part in any relative projects where you will continue to advise leaders on best recruitment practice
  • Continue to train and develop the team in optimising interview techniques and methods of recruitment
  • Draw from data and reporting on this to suggest areas of improvement/development

The Successful Applicant

Who is the "ideal" candidate?

  • Someone who is genuinely passionate about all things recruitment!
  • Embedded skills within the recruitment setting where that be operational end to end recruitment or within a similar TA role
  • Be prepared and willing to learn
  • Possess strong values and wanting to be a part of an industry that advocates for adolescents and young children
  • Understanding of strategic concepts around recruitment and the basic knowledge around the full recruitment cycle
